The secrets can be discovered on foot, by bike, or both ways. They fit into different categories: industrial landscapes, water and wellness, thermalism, and river, historic and medieval paths. You can find information with all the explanations, images, and maps, with the option to download the routes at http:\/\/www.viesverdes.cat\/en\/secrets\/<\/a>. Very soon you will also be able to enjoy them using an app for mobile phones.<\/p>\n

For the moment, untill spring – summer 2021 we will not have vertical signalisation on the route. You can download the tracks!<\/p>\n

This project is co-financed by the European Union\u2019s European Regional Development Fund, within the framework of the RIS3CAT and the ERDF Operational Programme Catalonia 2014-2020, and collaboration with the Diputaci\u00f3 de Girona. <\/em><\/p>\n

These are route suggestions created in conjunction with the town councils, with the goal of promoting and improving knowledge about the territory, and raising awareness about the natural and cultural heritage elements that add value to the routes and make an economic impact in the different municipalities.\r\n\r\nThe project \u201cThe secrets of the Girona greenways\u201d was launched for the first time a few years ago, and during 2019 and 2020 we reviewed and updated the routes and created some new ones.
