Ethnographic Museum of Ripoll

Opened in 2011, the Ethnographic Museum of Ripoll offers a very interesting journey, both for adults and children, which allows you to discover the recent past and the identity of a territory, and also recognize a way of life and feeling. A journey that allows preserving the culture of a people (trades, crafts, customs, legends, songs and dances, beliefs and superstitions…) before the industrialization of the late nineteenth century, make the seemingly immutable environment of ours Ancestors, change quickly.

With an extensive permanent exhibition and several temporary exhibitions, the Ethnographic Museum of Ripoll allows us to know and document the past and the social and cultural evolution of the area.
