Alberg Rural Ruta del Ferro

Situated in the middle of Sant Joan de les Abadesses station park, 120 km from Barcelona and 72 km from Girona, at the former railway freight station, an unusual building that has been refurbished and adapted to accommodate 86 guests. We have rooms adapted for persons with reduced mobility. Thanks to its privileged location, right on the Iron and Coal Route, between Ripoll and the Ogassa mines, it is an ideal spot from which to start out on excursions on foot or by bicycle along the greenway, or for discovering the great age of the town´s old quarter, and notably the old bridge that welcomes you to the town, the monastery… Come and see it for yourselves!
